mixed feelings about the stay

cracked glass algae covering

I stayed in an ocean view suite. the room felt old. the shower area glass had cracks, and the balcony door was hard to lock. It made a lot of noise when i tried to open it. also, the green covering on the balcony was full of algae. It clearly had not been cleaned.

The staff memorized our names. The food tasted great, especially at breakfast. I enjoyed a massage at the spa it relieved my stress. I liked the big balcony our room had it provided a lovely space to relax with ocean views.

The road to the hotel had some tricky spots I am glad we arranged transport.

Our suite included a comfortable king bed it also featured a large balcony with seating. The bathroom had a separate shower and soaking tub it also offered complete privacy. A welcome fruit basket was a thoughtful touch it complemented the beautiful decor.

The staff greeted us by name throughout our stay. Restaurant service was prompt and attentive our requests were always handled efficiently. Concierge arranged island tours for us without issue it was quite helpful.

Breakfast offered many choices including fresh fruit and local pastries it was delicious. The restaurant menu included both Indonesian and international dishes it provided variety. I especially liked the seafood options it was fresh and flavorful.

Really good Staff and Amazing Views

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, with an amazing ocean view. the hotel included a tasty restaurant, and breakfast had many options and fresh fruit. I will come back mainly because of the staff's attentiveness.

I noticed a few areas that needed some paint touch-ups in the room.

The hotel has a lovely pool area and offers easy beach access down the road. I saw a beautiful snorkeling spot in front of the hotel, and the jetty made getting there easy. I appreciate the location.
